APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the necessary intake forms and be ready for your treatment so it may begin on time.
LATE ARRIVALS: Clients will receive the balance of their appointment time and be charged full price for the service rendered.
Upon booking, you will receive a contract titled “CLIENT CONSENT FORM” via SquareUp. Please complete this before your appointment.

RESCHEDULING

We require 24-48 hours’ notice to be given prior to the booked appointment to guarantee the client will not be charged the full price of any/all services booked.
If less than 24-48 hours’ notice is given due to sickness or family emergency, the client will be able to reschedule their appointment.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

A no call/no show is defined as a client not showing up for their appointment AND not calling/texting to inform us that they would not be able to make it to their scheduled appointment time.
The card on file will be charged 50% of the service price.
If a client is a no call/no show more than once, they will not be allowed to book with Beauty by Jingmei-ko in the future.

EXTRA GUESTS/CHILDREN

There are only two (2) adults over the age of 18 years old allowed in the studio while a service is in session.
If the client is a minor child under the age of 18, they may have their parent or guardian present during the service.
Children are not allowed in the studio unless they are the guests receiving services.

CELL PHONES

Please make all calls and texts prior to your appointment.
To ensure complete relaxation, please have your phone on silent for the duration of your appointment.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Beauty by Jingmei-ko and Sola Salons - Torrance accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Please leave your valuable items at home.
